Why steam pressure come from the side instead of the top?

You have one of the seals in the wrong position, likely its the grey seal under the removable lid. The lines on the seal and the "0" on the stainless steel have to line up exactly or the steam comes out of the sides where the handles are. Please see the accompanying video.

Where are the pre programed muti cook functions?

There are left and right arrows in the menu selection. When you click on the arrows there will be multiple pre programmed options to choose from. The option you are hovering over will blink. To use that option, go over to your option and press "pressure cook." Hope this helps :)

Does anyone know what's the pressure cover packing replacement ring number for this one (crp-p0609s)?

Usually it fit on size well if you have a 10cup you have to buy regular size will fit you, and if small 6cup you have to Find 6cup, if you go to coockoo us website they will answer your question.
