I received the order of LED strip lights but found that several of the LED's would not light up and due to the length I had to cover I could not use any of the roll for the job. This delayed my job and had to re-purchase locally which cost me more money on top of what I already spent. I contacted the supplier as prescribed. I sent photos to the supplier as they requested so they could see the defect. Supplier said they would send me replacement and over a month later I am still waiting for the replacement. So much for working directly with the supplier!*Update 11/9/2016 - WenTop replaced the defective lights. I just received them date of this update. Their customer service was easy to work with once I reached them. They are a good supplier and the product does work. I believe it was an unusual case that I received defective lights originally.

Nice item, arrived quickly. Not sure if I got the wrong item or if my perception of "warm white" is off, but the lights I got were anything but warm. But since I had them routed and cut and wired under my kitchen cabinets, I decided to try and modify the color output myself. Using a bright yellow highlighter, I colored over all the bulbs in one section. Effect was too yellow/green looking. So I wiped it off and colored every other bulb. Result was just right. For $9, I am quite happy with the result in my relatively "dark cave" of a kitchen. Installed them under the lip of my cabinets, lights pointing toward the backsplash. Gives just enough light to not be harsh or obnoxious.

The adhesive on the back was bad and didn't stay on. I tested them before installing and they worked fine, but after measuring, trimming, and installing them, NOTHING would light. There are no instructions included, but I did all the trouble shooting I could think of, and they still do not work. I've decided to spend a little more money to get something different.UPDATE: The company contacted me via email immediately following the posting of the above review. They were anxious to make things right and offered to send me another set of lights. I had already reordered lights from a different company, so I requested a full refund instead. It was promptly granted. The lights did work when I received them, and they do have a 12 month warranty, and based on other reviews, you can have success with them. If you don't, the company will be more than willing to work with you.

The light works fine and has a great sticky backing. Vendor also supplied a second power supply adapter if you need to cut the wire, so you have 2 shorter light strings. That is what I did, but the 2nd power supply adapter does not fit onto the light string as well as the factory attached power supply adapter, and the light blinks off and on when you press on the adapter. I suggested that they attach factory adapters on both ends of the light string so a user could just cut it where needed, or leave it full length. It's a great product otherwise.

The lights work well. They look great with the dimmer and power supply, brought separately, underneath the kitchen cabinets. The 3M glue tape is holding well that came with the lights. Once they are in place you will not want to move them and plan ahead where you are going to put them, cleaning the surface ahead of time. I put two rows, one on the wall underneath with the back of the cabinets and one on the inside underneath edge of the front of the cabinets. The 3528 are bright enough for my application, 5050s would be good if you have little light and need the surface bright.

I used these for under cabinet lighting in the kitchen and just love the warm white and intensity. I like the color so well I bought some non-waterproof reels to install in closets, as the low voltage and wattage/heat will be safe to use, even if left on accidentally.Thinking about illuminating the plaster cove molding in the living room now too, using combination of inside and outside wood trim pieces to create a picture-rail like tray to hold and hide the strip.

Purchased warm white, but the color was not warm. I was using these out doors with other warm LEDs, and these are noticeably more white. Really would like to get an exchange...thinking I was shipped the wrong product.

I do not have a rating yet. My project is not done. However I am thinking that these will be working great in my kitchen.
