I love the varying strengths of the bands in the set. It is very useful for having everything handy for workouts & to vary intensity of your workouts. It also includes a great workout routine to use with the bands. The set is easy to use, extremely durable & perfect for beginners or those who have used the bands in workouts previously. Included is a convenient carry bag to take with you on the go. The bands feel very well made so you don't have to worry about them breaking. Overall I would say this set is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a workout band set, it's budget friendly & is made for any fitness level. I would definitely recommend.

This was my first time ever buying resistance bands and after looking at reviews and recommendations I settled on Limm Loops. There was a slight hiccup in the shipping and I was accidentally sent a different set than I ordered. I have had issues in e past with amazon sellers and figured this would be a hard fix as it usually is. In less than an hour after I sent an email to the Limm about the issue I was contacted by Hans and my actual purchase was on its way. I have never had a better experience working with an Amazon seller before. The bands are strong and work great for me. I usually use free weights but these help me hit muscles groups I have missed. I really like these bands and highly recommend them. Limm has made a customer for life in me.

I had a set of the light to extra heavy bands and really started with the medium and when that one broke I moved up to heavy. The heavy is my level still. But then it broke last week. I need heavy for a few months still... and am counting on breaking them all since I actually use them and they are not unbreakable...

I use it to do resistance walking but the material feels too plastic like and stiff and the edges cut into the flesh with socks on.

Pretty durable by the standards of resistance loops. Tends not to roll.

No snagging hair or clothes.....even pressure, good extension. Can be doubled over or bands added for some serious work. Also, no real fear of snappage......less stress. Really nice extension. It's been nearly 3 months and I'm real good with these!
