Stupid innovation
This wiper can only pull. It cannot push. I believe scientists in RnD of cello does not have a real life operational experience of a wiper. They are no better than lab rats. Getting some inputs, giving some data and sitting in a cage... some random labour of local teetu or bittu production know how to make a wiper that work both ways.
