Does this contain gbl??

GBL is a solvent used in paint stripper, nail polish remover,etc.Why would it be in p21s. I’ve used it for years no damage to wheels

I don't know other than the fact its cleaner,for wheels only. Its made in Germany. its not like you gonna spray it on grass or anything.Ive been using it for years.You might want to check their website for ingredients, as it doesn't list it on bottle other than its a eye irritation, if gets in eyes. Never had that problem
