I LOVE THIS SPATULA! I just finished using it for the first time on my outdoor griddle and I’m confident I’ll never use or need something different.I cooked stir fry, Ahi tuna steaks and soft sourdough rolls for tuna sandwiches and this spatula fits the bill perfectly for all of that.Its size, strength with just the absolute minimal flex, three tapered edges for getting under everything and gentle cutting, as well as clean up afterwards make it the PERFECT COOKING TOOL, at least in my opinion.I would definitely buy it again though I’m sure I’ll never have to because of its phenomenal quality.

I bought this for use with a cast iron pan. It is very heavy and strong and solid for mashing/smashing. The edges are tapered sharp so it slides under things better than any other spatula I have, and can also be used for cutting while cooking. The wood handle pieces are attached with 3 solid tight rivets. The large size makes it great for picking up pancakes, burger patties, eggs, etc. without breaking them up. It seems like very good quality for the price.

This is a very heavy spatula with nice sharp edges and a nicely finished appearance. And the blade is perfect for scraping the griddle. I had no problems being able to put more than enough pressure on the burgers to flatten them out without any flexing. The wood handle is excellent and even has a good size hole in it for hanging.
