Can you use this on freshly pierced piercings?

I did, and it worked a treat for my nose piercing and ear cartilage piercing

Does this clean the piercing or should I also be using a saline solution?

Use a saline solution to clean then apply...

Would this help get rid of a peicing infection?

I used it along with hot salt water and it worked but it was a very minor infection it could be worth a doctor visit
