Used for benching in the gym
Probably not what it was intended for but I only used to prevent myself from slipping when I'm benching in the gym. Works perfectly and adds incredible resistance from slipping. Easily foldable and easy to carry around as well!

Dimensions in the description are not what i received.
The mat seems fine but the dimensions were not 25 x 19 Inches.The dimensions for the mat I received are: 23 1/2 x 15 3/4.
