is this similar to Chameleon powder?

they are not the same thing, interference is like a color flip, it has a more of a transparent quality and depends on what color is behind it. on black it will shoe up a lot, but if you put it in clear resin it will make it a bit pearlescent, with a hint of that color. Chameleon powder is strongly pigmented from the get go

what is the size of the container?

It is about a 1 oz size but it holds quite a lot of powder. I bought the mica powder about 4 months ago and I have created quite a few pieces of large resin art and still have plenty left.. a little does go a long way

Has anyone used this with embossing inks? How did it turn out?

Not sure. But watch Steve's art's and crafts he does alot of that kinda stuff. He used embossing powder in resin and it worked. Ink ??
