I can’t see many downsides to this foundation other than it doesn’t seem to be a full coverage. It is a bit more of a lighter coverage, which is what I was looking for. I am a 40 something year-old woman, and obviously my skin has been changing throughout the years. I was using a leading brand of mineral make up for a super long time. I still do sometimes, but I also think it can tend to look a little bit overdone and cakey, especially if you put too much on accident. No amount of blending will help that situation. It also takes slightly more time to open the container (containers if you are using more than one color) and use the brush and do all the things. Let’s not forget that it can be very messy as well.With this cream foundation stick, I am able to just apply it to my face in several points and I use my fingers to blend it in. I go over it with a slightly damp make up sponge for a more consistent finish. Since I now have oily skin in certain areas, I will also put a little bit of powder to set it. It is very easy and fast for me to apply this in the morning and throw on some mascara, even if I wasn’t planning on wearing makeup at all. It makes me feel like I am prepared in case I wanted to go out and about. I will also do this without make up, but it helps to keep me more motivated throughout the day. The other thing I like about this make up is the ability to blend any colors you need in order to match your skin tone. I originally bought one that was too light for me, even in the winter, and then I bought the next one up in the lineup and it helps me to blend it all together for the perfect color match. I dare say that I may actually need to go one darker even if I get a little bit of a tan in the summer. But the ability to mix and match all of these colors without having to have several bottles of open foundation, etc is amazing. Also the finish feels very natural and not overdone. I think you might be hard-pressed to tell that a person has this on if applied correct correctly.I like to minimize options and inconvenience in my life because my brain sometimes gets overwhelmed. I find that this product, and others like it, allow me to be able to feel put together quick and easy and it looks great too!

I'm on a makeup search because the only mineral makeup that doesn't cause a fine rash on my face has gone out of business (everyday minerals) and I need to find a replacement. I don't like liquid makeup, so I decided to try this, expecting to be disappointed. I don't like it as well as my old mineral makeup but it is working fairly well so I'm very pleasantly surprised. It's also less messy to use. I will reorder this and hope it won't be discontinued.It goes on very lightly and smoothly and gives some coverage, although I wouldn't say full coverage. Maybe I'm not using quite enough, though. I use it after I've applied my daytime moisturizer/sunscreen. It blends well and actually does a great job on upper lip wrinkles which even we non-smokers seem to eventually get. It can also be used more heavily as an under-eye concealer. I also like the tube format, as it's not messy at all and can be easily taken in your purse for touch-ups if needed; a helpful bonus.I ordered the 115 Ivory and may try the 120 Classic Ivory next summer. Very glad I found this makeup!

After a year long search for a new foundation, I have finally found it!I used to use the serum foundation made by The Ordinary until they stopped making it. It was light weight, went on smooth and was cheap! Over the past year, I have tried about 10 different products from $ drug store brands to the $$$ ones at Sephora, but was I was finding everything to be either too heavy, too shiny, too difficult to apply or just weird.My sister recommended I try a foundation stick, so I gave this one a try. I LOVE IT!! Its feels very light weight while correcting my uneven skin tone nicely. It's non-greasy/non-shiny and applies very smoothly. It takes very little of this product to have a smooth, even finish that feels light and powdery. I finishing applied powder over top out of habit, but I could easy go without it as this product has a nice matte look when applied.I highly recommend this one - Its a 10 out of 10!

Love this FIT stick, goes on so smoothly but is not greasy for us oily skin queens! I am older and it is just an amazing product that holds very well and doesn’t leave that greasy feeling.
