How to contact the seller? I just used my fan for a couple of weeks only and now the battery wont charge anymore.

Why does it only work when plugged in to charge?

Mine works perfectly fine without it being plugged in. Is there maybe a small bit of plastic which you need to pull out for the batteries to work? If not then maybe it's faulty
