Q: where can I find a replacement handle at?

I would contact Coleman.com...I needed needed a part for one of their tents and they had all kinds of parts and accessories

Q: Do these pots and pans need to be broken in/seasoned like every other pot and pan?

They are like regular non-stick pots. I did though rub olive oil in them before I used them the first time.

Q: Do these really weigh 7.2 pounds? Does the lid for the kettle fit on the frying pan?

I cant verfy the weight but the lid fits on the frying pan. I like the set and used it a couple of times for camping. The big pot however is very big.

Q: Are the handles on the lids of the pots removable? Are the handles heat resistant?

Handles on lids are not removable. They are riveted on. As far as I can tell they are heat resistant. I have not had a problem with them. Only suggestion is don't use metal utensils to cook with or serve, it will scratch the insides; also clean with a soft sponge.
