It says indoor/outdoor rug. How is it under rain?

I wouldn’t use it outside if there’s rain. It will get moldy. I use mine in the kitchen by a high-traffic area. It gets dirty very easily but a thick scrub brush gets the dirt off. It’s very durable.

I would be using to cover an ugly lino flooring in kitchen, do I need a pad under this rug?

You don’t need one but it would be very helpful to have it.

Is the color a brick red/ rust or a true red?

Not a true red. More of a softer rust color
