If the Circut uses a mat that will carry the 8-1/2" x 11" paper, then it can be used. It needs to be printed with an inkjet printer.

How well does the print stay on? How long will it last?

The print stays on pretty well. I've washed the shirt I made inside out on cold water about 5 times and so far it's holding up.
