Recommended for beginners
Good for beginners to get familiar with water colours. Its cheap and you get 12 pigments if you just want to play around go for it.

Vibrant colours, easy to use
note: I am NOT a good painter, ive used this a lot and I just chose at random a couple of 'decent' works of mine which I used these paints for.these are very smooth to use, vibrant (if my paintings say otherwise--I dulled it down)would recommend!
