Worst service and complicated product
No second power source (adapter) provided, and very hard to install.. i had to buy another adapter of 12volt 1 amp as second power source... i have been able to make connections after viewing video but still the lock is not working... No guidence available from Navkar System

Works well without any hassle
Installation is an easy task. The Navkar Systems support team helps in the installation over video call. The connection diagram is also provided by the support team.Remote has got an unnecessary additional button though.Range is good and the lock is sturdy. Could be installed on wooden door as I did.
