My papo is currently not doing well and has to spend a lot of time sitting in a chair. I bought this for him to sit on in the chair to help him get in and out of it easier since it keeps him from sinking into it and raises him a bit. He has also said it is helping alot with the pain he was having from sitting so long

I'm a personal trainer and exercise instructor. I decided to bite the bullet and buy a balance pad to my plethora of equipment. Of course an Airex is the ultimate option, but not for $60. A friend of mine had this particular pad, so I thought if it's good enough for her, lol. So I bought it brought it in the box over to a client's house. This client is a large man whose feet are about size 12. This is the large pad in beautiful purple. It just works for him in terms of the size. But the good thing is he doesn't have something bulky that he has to work around he just fits on it and that kind of worked for us. The most important element -the "give" on the pad was exactly right for our uses. It's just enough to create the feeling of unsteadiness but not enough that the pad sinks. The only issue is that you need to put something under it to secure it in place. I would say if you're using it on a hard floor perhaps one of those rug gripper mats because it did not stay in place I had to constantly move it. Otherwise, a really great pad for working on your balance for yourself or for any size client! Good choice. I'm quite pleased!!

I can stand at my desk for hours using this wobble pad. It keeps my movement natural and undistracted. Also a great tool for knee protection when doing floor to stand exercise. Extra large size allows bird dogs without having to use two pads or move from side to side.

Sturdy....exactly like the ones they use at PT.Happy i have it!
