I used it for the wiremold plug strip, I hard wired. I used crimp caps, so I had enough room to tuck the wires behind the plate. It looks cleaner than using a cord. Keep in mind it's only for the wiremold 2000 series.

This was so handy to order as I could not find it in the local hardware store. I needed another end for my wire mold, arrived quickly, and is exactly as described..

IF you use wiremold (sometimes called Plugmold) outlet strips, this end fitting is essential for properly wiring the Wiremold. It arrived on time and is priced at reasonable level. These are typically NOT available in the box stores that sell the wiremold, itself.
