Don't be fooled by the appearance! And it's worth the price.
This meter is tiny and kind of cheesy-looking but it delivers. Quality is good, and a well written printed manual is included. I like the auto-detect feature: It knows what kind of component is connected and does the appropriate measurement. I tested it with a dozen or so capacitors and inductors of known value and the LCR45 matched closely. Unit runs on a 12 volt "A23" battery, already installed. A spare is also included. This instrument is pricey but well worth the cost.

Works Great and Very Easy to Use.
Works Great and probably the easiest electronics tool to use that I own. I use this Peak Atlas LCR45 LCR and Impedance Meter all the time. Haven't had to change the battery. Very happy with this purchase. Also have a Peak DCA55 Semiconductor Analyzer that I like.

Great product and easy to use
I love this unit. I auto-measures inductance, capacitance and resistance. Just turn it on (in default auto range mode) and it measures the value for you. It also has many other custom settings. I have used it many times to measure inductance of my salvaged coils, which is not that easy to do without an LCR meter.Thank you from US to our smart friends in the UK. Being an Anglophile I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was built there.

A little expensive but does good work.
So I may be dating myself but I started using LC meters with the Tek 130 and have used a lot since. Most got confused by resistance present in reactance to some extent. I resisted springing for this cause it seemed a lot for a little box. But it does good work. Resolves reactance and resistance and reports on them both. Doesn’t lose its mind in the pf realm. Wish I had one ages ago instead of the tek but I do miss the funny whine it made homing in on a value.

improved on LCR40
I already had the LCR40, which is fine to check nominal values but I got the LCR45 for RF work. It provides complex impedance data and works at higher frequency than other handheld units. The user interface is improved as now it also stays in mesurement mode for a while when LCR40 requires pressing the button each time.It makes sorting a batch of caps for tolerance much quicker.
