Can I use this product for storage in freezer, fish or meat?

Yes, it is a pad that absorbs the meat juices - you place it inside your storage container (plastic tub, freezer bag, etc.) and put the meat on top of it, inside the container, then close or seal the package as you normally would do. It is just like the ones used by grocery stores in their pre-packaged meats - it works very well.

Do these pads let off Co2 when they get wet?

I doubt it. It’s not that kind of thing
