Effective for prostatectomy.
This is easier to use and more effective than more expensive versions like the Pacey cuff. It is comfortable enough to wear for a couple of hours without problem and you can unclip and re-clip it quickly, allowing use at a normal urinal quite discreetly. Following radical prostatectomy surgery, i use it for bladder training to get the bladder used to being full again, and for confidence in public situations. Highly recommended for about £40.

Good item does the job.only problem can't wear all day as it begins to hurt.Takes a while to get the right setting.

Comfortable and effective.
Post having had radical prostatectomy surgery I have been left with a serious urinary incontinence problem. The NHS recommended the use of a Pacey Cuff to help control it. These product only have a life span of circa 6 months and so despite the Pacey Cuff being reasonably effective I did some research on line and decided to give the Lunderg product a go.I've been using the Confidence Clamp for 2 weeks now; for me, it is more comfortable, easier to use and more effective than the Pacey Cuff. It has the added bonus of being significantly less expensive.I work as a courier and get in and out of the cab of my van in excess of 200 times a day, the cuff found it hard to cope with this incessant movement, the Confidence Clamp takes it in its stride. It doesn't 100% control the leakage, my issues is partially stress incontinence and lifting heavy parcels - those in excess of 20kg - will often defeat the clamp but overall it is a huge improvement and I heartily recommend this product.

It is made in China although repackaged in the United States. It does a lot of damage because the opening is very narrow. It destroyed my urethra. It is a hygiene product, once unsealed it can no longer be used by another person. Unfortunately I had to throw it away.

To use the Confidence Clamp, first determine the best fitting silicone piece for your comfort and effectiveness. Apply the clamp by placing the silicone piece around the and securing it with the top stabilizer. Remove the clamp by gently lifting the stabilizer and sliding the silicone piece off. To clean, wash the clamp with mild soap and water, and allow it to air dry. Replace the silicone piece as needed and dispose of used pieces hygienically. For best results, consult a healthcare professional to assess the right size and fit for your individual needs.
