So far, I love this bluetooth transmitter / receiver. The sound is crystal clear and its very easy to pair with multiple different devices; wireless headphones, wireless earbuds, and iPhone for playinig with car stereo. Its compact but not too small. Easily fits in the case with wireless headphones. Will hook up to home stereo next for testing sound quality. I purchased this for an upcoming long flight for movies. One review noted a delay in sound from transmitter not synching with video on screen. I did not notice this delay when testing by playing video on laptop, but can circle back after using on the plane. So far I highly recommend this device.

Small and well made. Works great but should have better directions. I had to go on line and find a video and finally got it to work. Only other comment is when I charge it, there is no indicator it is charging or that it is fully charged.

I am extremely hard of hearing, a handicap for a state legislator. Although I have top of the line hearing aids, in committee and in larger groups the ambient noise overwhelms the words being spoken. This device plugs into the Bosch mics we use, and transmits with crystal clarity to the high end, bluetooth earbuds I bought to go with them. I now hear 100% of what's being said. Game changer. Life changer. Easy to pair. Easy to charge, and the battery lasts through the eight hour day without a strain.

Worked great for connecting my iPod classic to my AirPod pros. Now I can listen to my old music wire free. And battery life is excellent. Took two 4 hour flights, still haven’t charged it.

(Updated after using the product for two days. Reduced overall rating by 1 Star and added more CONS.) I wear Bluetooth (BT) enabled hearing aids. I bought this as a travel capable BT adapter to allow me to quickly connect to almost any audio device. PROS: It works as advertised. Easily paired to my hearing aids. Charges correctly. CON: I tested it using my Samsung laptop's audio jack with the internal BT off. It has a CONSTANT and ANNOYING WHITE NOISE output whether connected to a source or not!!! (Regular headphones, plugged into the same jack, lack this noise.) [The white noise faded after 6 hours of use.] It has random sound glitches missing from my headphones when playing the same audio. Must be REPAIRED every time you cycle off/on power, which pretty much cancels my reason for buying it. ADVISORIES: (Just so you know) 1. It lacks the airplane adapter provided by most products like this. I knew this before purchase but I already had the adapter. 2. It lacks a carrying bag which it needs to keep the device and accessories together and protected while carrying. Again, I knew this before purchase and had one I could use. To be fair, the only BT dongle I've used is connected to my TV and it has NO WHITE NOISE! THE BIG PROBLEM IS THE CONSTANT NOISE!!! I've purchased other UGREENI products and have never been disappointed until now. I really can't recommend this item. I'm sorry I purchased it.

This is an amazing product and I use it from time to time. I also travel a lot on airplanes so this feature is great to be able to use my own AirPods. The only reason that I give it a 4 star is that there is some delay in the audio. Overall a great product though.

I got this because I wanted to upgrade from a cheaper one with bad battery life, and I had no idea how bad that one was until I got this one. The battery lasts so much longer, and the sound is so much better. It seems to be built fairly well and I haven't had any problems with it in the few weeks I've had it.

In transmitter mode there is a noticeable lag, not quite but approaching a second. When watching a movie, it's a very noticeable delay and definitely takes away from the experience. It connects easily and reliably, is lightweight, and holds a charge, but those are not unique benefits compared to competitors and does not overcome the lagging sound. I'd look elsewhere unless this is on super sale. This is extra disappointing since my experiences with UGREEN products have generally been positive.
