Birthday gift for boyfriend, he goes NOWHERE without it
“This is one of the best gifts you’ve gotten me, hit it out the park top tier” said my boyfriend. I saw his time management improve 100% literally overnight. He has ADHD, anxieties and struggles with procrastinating even though he’s highly motivated sometimes. But now, he gets up at 5 AM to prepare for his day, study, work, read and ready to get back in the gym too. He even uses it for me so now every time I say “I’ll cook in 5 minutes babe”, all I see is him setting a timer then being so happy once it goes off 😂 I’ve created a monster low-key, but a driven and well-organized one who prioritizes every hour of the day now & barely procrastinates. Of course this doesn’t solve his adhd and struggles to focus forever but my God the improvement it makes is so worth it and CAN be long term if he continues this way. It makes me so happy to see him carry this thing everywhere around the house and prioritize his purpose and goals! Get it for your man ladies if he struggles with the things I mentioned.

Nice product
Good product. Great quality. Took a star because it would be better if there were dry erase sheets instead of or in combination with the paper sheets

An amazing tool for ADHD or Autistic people who need visual task assistance
Easy to use, long battery life, lot of task sheets so you can easily switch between multiple list of tasks. It comes with a big visual timer and size is perfect to be readable from a decent distance. It has backlight so can be used at night and the alarm is loud enough to get the attention but not bother out.I already purchased a second one for our kid to use. It's been life changing.

Nice tool for time blindness
I’m an adult and although it looks like it’s made for a child, it’s a very helpful tool for me as I’m neurodivergent and have time blindness. I think it’s way too pricey for it to be made of plastic though and have considered returning it based on what I paid for plastic. Make an adult version with the same functionality, but more attractive lol…

A Great Tool for Kids with ADHD!
This time management clock has been a huge help for my child with ADHD. It comes with a visual timer and a checklist to help him stay on track in the mornings. We made a simple checklist includes tasks like getting dressed, eating breakfast, brushing teeth, packing his backpack, and more. It's really empowered him to be more independent – I just say, “Check your list,” and he knows exactly what to do next! The visual timer has been great for helping him understand how much time he has left and what still needs to be done. It's helped with time management, and he likes how it adds a sense of accomplishment as he checks off each task. It’s easy to set up and lightweight. It also comes with extra cards if you want to use it for different tasks throughout the day. I recommend it for parent looking to add more structure to their child's routine!

ADHD Timer and Task Tracker
I have several ADHD kids in my house so we were excited to give this timer and task tracker a try. It is kind of confusing how there were 2 timers but one was labelled a countdown and the other one a timer. And only 1 at a time works. My daughter used the countdown timer most of the time, which is more manual and counts down anywhere from 1 minute or 59 minutes. The smiley face and frowny face on the bottom of the list weren’t clear at first, even with examples, but it looks like it’s supposed to be a reward and consequence. We just used it as a positive thing to try to do while working and a negative thing to try to avoid.Easy to use, helped my daughter stay productive, who has struggled staying focused before.Has adjustable settings for buzzer, ringer, brightness, volume, etc. which are very nice to have.Manual checkbox ‘switches’ next to list items is easy to use even if not using power/timer features. Replaceable papers for lists is nice, but they’re not super secure. has 8 slots for list items, which is good for younger kids and maybe middle kids, too.Has a kickstand which we like a lot.

Great tool even without batteries
We haven't kept it charged yet but we are working up to hopefully being able to. My kiddo can't have anything with noises or lights up. We have to unscrew the lightbulbs in her room at night or she will get up in the middle of the night and turn it on and keep it on.That being said, the visual timer has been a helpful tool when it comes to cleaning up and bedtime. We actually have a few visual timers around the house for all of us to use and those are a good tool on their own. Having a visual timer attached to a simple enough checklist has been very helpful for us and our kiddo. Time to clean her room? Ok let's get the cleaning room checklist put in (by an adult). Time to get ready for bed? Ok, slide in the bedtime checklist.I like that it came with several blank checklists for making our own. So far we have one for bedroom cleaning, getting ready for school, after school, and bedtime. My daughter is able to check each item off on her own as she completes each item. It has really helped her to not feel so overwhelmed with all the tasks she is asked to do. Breaking it down into small doable steps has cut down the amount of breakdowns. She was very excited to help make each list and for my kiddo being involved with a process helps her feel more in control which helps with her anxiety and ODD.I wish I would've gotten this sooner!! I thought about it a few times but I thought it would just be 1 more thing to fight and breakdown about. The key was to have her be involved, even if her ideas didn't make it to the list being able to help out was a big deal for her.I think an important thing to remember is this tool will only be as helpful as the effort you as the adult are willing to put in.I took 1 star off because I don't think this is worth the $50 it's listed for. It is all plastic and cheap feeling. It would probably break if it fell on tile or was thrown. It does have a lot included the visual timer, clock, alarm, and checklist. I think you could get each item individually for less than $50 it's probably such a high price because of the convenience of it being all in one.
