I got the Home Assistant zigbee thread dongle and these bulbs were my first zigbee bulbs. screwed them in, they flashed immediately like the instructions said and my home assistant instance found them instantly! Clicked the add button and they were added. despite the dongle being a few floors down I haven't had any connectivity issues. I've found color bulbs tend to give you a better experience if you're trying to have dim light at night as opposed to just a white tunable light because you can turn it red and not just yellow. I still haven't had a chance to create a proper sunrise alarm automation with them but they are dim enough for changing diapers at night. Since that's my main purpose for buying color bulbs I'm not sure how the quality of the colors is compared to other bulbs but for the price these are fantastic. I could probably fill my whole house with these for less than tenable white bulbs from other brands! I've had hue color bulbs and we really only ended up using colors as a gimmick around a holiday once or twice - if I want color bulbs for that kind of thing I might do more research but I am very pleased with these for now.I really love that I didn't need an extra app to control these, just my home assistant instance and dongle -- which means these are entirely local and not reliant on the cloud to operate.

This is my first Third Reality purchase, and I am very happy to have given them a try. I run Home Assistant, and zigbee via Z2M, and this product has been 100% reliable and flawless for about a month now. The product even got firmware updates via home assistant, so I couldn’t be happier.Color quality and brightness are excellent, and control via HA is immediate. I didn’t have any brightness issues that were noted in other reviews, but maybe this was corrected via firmware update before my purchase. They’re functioning as zigbee routers, and have end point devices connecting to them (Aqara sensors) perfectly.I have previously purchased Hue brand lights, and while I’ll still purchase Hue in the future for some lights, these Third Reality lights will replace any future A19 bulbs I need. Highly recommended!

Half the price of Sengled bulbs, but don't have the color vibrancy in blue. Fading in/out often has very visible steps that ruins the feature, but overall not a bad deal. I use HomeAssistant with Zigbee2MQTT and control devices as groups, these are fine as any secondary group light but wouldn't use these as primary lights in any room that has regular activity.

These bulbs were purchased to replace some awful TP-Link Kasa wifi bulbs that repeatedly reset when they weren't allowed to constantly communicate to the TP-Link servers in China.I've been using these for a couple of weeks and they have worked flawlessly. They connected to Home Assistant immediately and respond to commands without fail. The warm white color we configured closely matches other LED fixtures in the room. We don't use other colors, so can't comment on color accuracy. Measured power draw of these bulbs is 8.2 watts when on and under .1 when off, so it seems ThirdReality has fixed the excessive power usage another reviewer measured.Recommended.

I have had no issues with other Third Reality Zigbee products, but this bulb will not even start the Zigbee interview. It cycles through colors to show that it is in pairing mode, but it never actually pairs. (I'm using ZHA.) I've tried multiple times, varying the order. (Sometimes I turned the bulb on first. Other times I started the pairing process with Home Assistant first.)

These are the best smart lights you can buy, especially for the price. These lights are solid RGB Zigbee bulbs, act as Zigbee repeaters to improve your mesh network, are bright, have decent colors, AND are cheaper than any other Zigbee bulbs you can get. Seriously, these are an incredible value, less expensive than most single-color dimmable smart bulbs.I am using them with Home Assistant via ZHA and a Zigbee dongle. ThirdReality is a Works With Home Assistant partner, and these bulbs work perfectly with Home Assistant. They got a firmware update within the first day which went off without a hitch.Whites are good with a range from 2000 Kelvin (candlelight) to about 6500 Kelvin (cool daylight). Color reproduction is fairly good with bright, saturated colors; only the pure green seems a little less saturated than some other bulbs, but otherwise they're great: red, blue, magenta, yellow, and most colors in between all look nice and saturated.If you use Home Assistant, don't hesitate; buy these bulbs! They're an incredible value from a company that cares and is actively supporting Home Assistant. You can't go wrong!

Bulbs work over zigbee as expected. Colors look good. The repeater can be a bit flakey on some bulbs causing weird issues with other connected devices.

I found that going through the steps on the app as if you're setting up Sengled bulbs it will discover them very quickly. Perhaps when you read this Thirdreality will be listed in the Alexa app but as of today it's not. No need for additional app downloads. Just pretend they're Sengled bulbs and it's smooth sailing.Bulbs are great by the way. Comparable to Sengled in performance. Maybe even faster response time. I find them plenty bright. If you're a soft white enjoyer there's a couple options that are both great. Great value. Won't buy Sengled again as long as these exist for less money.
