Tastes great and love that it’s vegan

Great amount of Omega for vegan/ active person!
Nothing on the market has this amount of potency. Great for someone like myself with a Vegan diet with a very active life style. Without it, my muscle cramp up causing major pain. A must have in my daily dietary supplements. The taste sometimes bothers me. I’ve noticed if I let it sit in the milk for a few minutes and let it blend it, it actually tastes good. I just wish they had a pill or powder form as it’s challenging to travel with. Sometimes I forget to grab it out of the hotelroom fridge when I travel.

A delicious source of brain food!
I got this to supplement my toddler with feeding difficulties, sensory processing issues and mild language delay. Nutritionists and Child Neurologists recommend omega 3 ALA and DHA for brain function and neurological development. Pediatric nutrition shakes don’t provide these necessary omega 3’s. I’m also providing another fish oil based supplement as part of his regimen.I only give half of the suggested serving once daily. It tastes delicious and he digests it well. It has definitely contributed to improved nutrition for him since he has grown and his language is improving.I liked the taste so much I started taking it myself. I started taking a half dose as well and gradually increased dosage to avoid any reflux. So far, I’ve also tolerated it well and the product received has been high quality and fresh.I recommend this if you’re looking for a tasty, substantial source of plant-based omega oils you’ll actually look forward to taking.

Horrible aftertaste!
Taste & Aftertaste - Although the initial flavor is ok, the aftertaste is horrendous! The kind of aftertaste you have to rinse out of your mouth & you “re-taste” long afterwards. Do not buy!! Waste of money. I would return it if I could.
