Well first of all the taste is awesome! It is very sweet which I like personally but maybe not everyone else would. I have the strawberry one. I'm also coming off of Zoloft and I feel the ashwaganda, magnesium, and omega 3's are all helping to keep the withdrawal symptoms in check much more. Hard to say if it really makes me drowsy I take it right before brushing my teeth and laying down for the night and I'm usually tired anyways, but I also haven't woken up in the middle of the night so maybe it is helping in that regard too! Will likely buy again

It is a good magnesium for children. It helps my daughter a lot with her sleep.

Works well, taste is ok, a bit too sweet. The only problem so far are the droppers. They do not work well at all. Don’t hold liquid. Does help with sleep

I've tried many different types of magnesium supplements for my kids- after a while of taking gummies, they don't like the taste anymore, pills and capsules are either too big or need to be taken too many times throughout the day. This has been the perfect option for us, tastes great, my kids are finally willing to take something

This magnesium has proven a great help with my magnesium deficiency. The tingling has decreased exponentially.

Great grape tasting a tab but sweet but better than any other liquid supplement I have tasted. Also works faster than pills!
