Purchased this for relief after my surgery and it does deliver only problem is I live in a warmer climate so the cooling doesn't last as long as they said it does.

It keep cool good material quality not tear easy

This is not the same size as a pillow, it is smaller (think travel size pillow) it is wonderful when I get my neck flair ups and migraines and need a cold pack! I keep mine in a ziplock in the freezer so it’s ready to go when I need it. It stays cold for awhile and it’s easy to use. I thought it was worth the money and it’s good quality and comfortable to lay on.

Usually I check dimensions of products before buy but I didn't think I needed to for this. It says its a pillow and shows an image on the box of a woman laying on it and it's bigger than her head. Yeah, no. Not even close. Its a fine neck ice pack. It warmed up fast. Was small. I can't even tell you how let down I was. I use their migraine patches for the forehead and absolutely love those. They stay cold longer than this did. This gets two starts because I do like that it is flexible and does get cold. However, it is not anywhere close to a pillow and didn't last being cold long enough to to anything for me migraine. Would not recommend.

Doesn’t stay cold long enough for me. I’m still using it however. But I usually use a different ice pack if they’re available. I think it’s because it’s thin. If it were thicker it would probably stay cold longer I’d imagine.
