The APEX Neon Rope Light adds an amazing vibe to my room—the atmosphere instantly changes when I turn it on, and it genuinely makes me feel more motivated to get work done.The lights are bright, aesthetically pleasing, and great value for money. However, a few things to note:The app that controls the lights is a bit laggy and could use some improvements.The clips/guides provided for installation weren’t very sticky—they started coming off within 2–3 days. I ended up using 3M tape to secure the lights under my table, which worked much better.The rope light could be a bit more flexible, but I understand that the stiffness likely adds to its structural strength.Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend these lights if you're building a creative, editing, or productivity-focused setup. They really elevate the look and feel of the space!

I got my light in very good packaging and also the company contacted me for beforehand only regarding the product information. When I received my product I had some complications with the adapter so I told them regarding it and with in a couple of hours they already packed and shipped a new adapter without any charges. I just loved the product quality, performance and the customer support. I seriously recommend everyone to give it a chance to see nowadays there are some companies that pays attention to the customers and maintain a high product quality. The installation was also easy and handy. The app control is fabulous. The brightness it provide is very lovely. I surely recommend you.
