Good quality product, works well, no issues setting up app and connecting to WiFi (BT Smart Hub 2). Replaces mechanical timer when mechanism broke. Nice to be able to control lights from app now and no more fiddling about when the hour changes. Very pleased, especially for the price.

A great product that does everything needed the app is fine but this product shines with Alexa Intergration, while you can set timer for it to come on whether in the companion app or in the Alexa app I generally just ask Alexa to turn on my heating for 20 minutes when needed and have saved so much fuel as mine is controlling a kerosene burner. Great product works perfectly.

Excellent Wifi switch, connected to the router straight away no fuss, a bit fiddly to wire. Too early to say about reliability.

These switches are at best temperamental. The slightest interruptions either the Wi-Fi or power supply requires them to be manually reset. I had an electrician attend today for a job that required the power off for about 5 minutes and now the timer lost its settings and despite all attempts won't reset or respond.I personally would recommend avoiding these.

I have this for a while now and it is working very well, no problems on the app either.

I am using this to run a pump at times that I have set in Smart life app. It is working as it should.It was a bit fiddly to intall because wires have to wrapped around a screw under a little square washer. Connections such as are usually found on the back of a socket or switch would have been easier.

Been using one in my house toControl the garden lighting for quite a few years now so decided to start using them in customers systems. Easy to instal, easy to program, what’s not to like
