A flawless paperback and a gem of a book
The paperback quality is flawless, and the book itself is a gem filled with valuable insights and well-crafted illustrations. Developing the ability to read people is an essential life skill and a rewarding exercise in keen observation. At some point, everyone will be deceived by someone or something. It's a part of life. Often, life presents us with early warning signs that we either innocently, lazily, hastily, or mistakenly ignore, overlook, or neglect, only to regret it later. This book teaches you how to recognize certain behavioral deviations and encourages you to pause and question a person or situation before making a decision. A must-read for anyone looking to sharpen their intuition and avoid costly misjudgments.

Context matter.. don't jump to conclusion quickly
Last two chapters were most interesting. You have to first practically apply the tips eventually it will become a habit and have some experience in actually be able to read peoples personality. Again ..the author says context matters ...it is not a foolproof . All in all a good read .

Quick read
I would consider this book as a long article that can be read quickly. The book basically has summaries of other experts. It is more a generalized version on how to read people. For specific knowledge, people should read Joe Navarro or Janine Driver
