I have been taking the Phillips Colon Health for past two years and highly recommend for daily colon cleanse and relieves bloating. I have tried other probiotics in past but nothing compares to this brand.

these took a few weeks to arrive but not bad as they came from the states,they are cheaper than the align product and am trying these now that i have finished Align to see whether they will keep my digestive problems at bay.

It helps defend against occasional diarrhea, constipation and gas and bloating, in addition to helping the immune system achieve natural balance.It was recommended to me as I have recently become infected with C-Diff, which is apparently going around. In my case, I had sinusitis, which the antibiotic prescribed to me cured. But it killed off good bacteria as well, and left me with C-Diff, trading a nose that leaked for much worse leaks, forcing me to become acquainted with aisles in the drug store I never thought I would wander. C-diff is notoriously difficult to beat: since my diagnosis, I hear about people who’ve had it for years, even died from the extreme dehydration it causes. I’ve been ordered to take this product, as much liquid as I can, to eat as lightly as I can in order to starve the bad germs, and to eat a clear diet: tea, Jell-O, chicken broth, in order to lessen the load on the digestive system. Am I happy with the situation? Are you kidding? Am I doing my best to obey? Yup, and this stuff does seem to make a difference. And at least it doesn’t taste bad.

I have never written a review before but having suffered constipation all of my adult life I have been amazed and delighted with this product. I have a normal bowl movement almost daily and feel 100 percent better for it. I dont know whats in these supplements but I dont care - I have had no adverse side effects whatsoever. If i could give them 10 stars I would!

I ordered a 2nd box of this products again for my mother.She does not have good digestion and also she had suffered from constipation. After taking a tablet, honestly it was not perfect, but everything had improved.Because she felt better, she is always taking this tablet.I want to strongly recommend this for old people.

After trying several similar products this one was the one that worked for my mother, she's 83 years old and usually have severe constipation. A bit expensive but it's worth it.

Not bad. Bit cramps when take these but not bloated
