Once the post man worked it out it's been great, no worries when out all parcels and letters are safe from theft and the environment.great build quality looks good and waterproof.

Initially thought it was a bit flimsy but once bolted to the wall it is strong enough. Bought this version as it takes bigger parcels. Very pleased with it.

Its ok, but not 100% theft proof, as people still can reach in to take stuff, unless the item is very small and can't be reached. So be careful what items you recieve in the bin.It does the job, but up to the point, depending on the size of parcel.

Poor quality product. The letterbox flap was ripped off on arrival. The lock barrel didn't work, wouldn't lock. You can easily grab parcels out of the post box by opening the draw. And what is the metal shelf at the bottom for?? I tried to return the postbox, but you have to pay for it to go back. I've already paid £170 for the piece of garbage. I reached out to the company. The next day they got back to me to say they could send me a new lock with keys if that helps! I had already changed the lock at my own expense. We are still trying to figure out how to fix the draw so someone can't take stuff out. DO NOT BUY!

I have had this outside for several months now. It has held up well in the hot summer months and in the heavy rain the last couple of weeks. We don’t have a door letter box, so this is where all our post gets delivered. The postman likes it and it stops couriers leaving parcels in full view on my doorstep.
