All the parts fit together well and easily. This fits my smaller space very nicely and gives me more room for my dust catcher things :-). It's well constructed and sturdy once you construct it.It took me 4 hours to do this (by myself). It could have taken 2 if the instructions were more clear.There were NO instructions other than illustrations and "pay attention to the direction of the hole, don't install it backwards." Scared me because I have had to undo things like this before! I wasn't sure exactly what 'direction' referred to, but it sounded like it might be easy to do it backwards. So, what this means is where the holes are on the illustration -- UP or Side. Took me a bit to understand this, but the illustration shows every hole. After they scared me with doing it backwards, I was overly cautious. There are arrow stickers on all the leg parts, which helps a lot. There is one "threaded" hole on each section; be sure it is aligned with same on the other sections. It's for attaching the X pieces that go in the back, but the physics of all this in my brain was too much for me).The other unclear thing is the placement of the shelves. Holes on each shelf are different distances from the end -- 10mm on one end and 20mm on the other. This is for aligning it so the shelf is flush with the legs in the back, and it sticks out a little in the front. Very clever, actually. But the instructions referred to the 'upper' hole ('upper' was meaningless to my brain); should have said the hole at the FRONT or REAR of the shelf). By now you've figured out which is the rear of each leg (where that mystery threaded hole is).It all makes sense once you understand it. But, you know, almost all these things are coming from a non-English place, and the verbiage is always some level of a challenge. Hope this helps someone.

This is a cute little shelf that fits perfectly in the corner that I wanted it to. I need more shelving in my apartment especially since it’s so small and I was looking through many types of shelves and settled on this one. I think for the cost, it’s better value than one of those turn n’ tube ones (which I have had before). I built it by myself in under an hour. Seems relatively sturdy, but I mostly have light decorations displayed on it. Thinking of buying another one!

The build quality is slightly above what I would have expected for the price point. It has held up so far and would recommend it. If you are expecting high quality craftsmanship, look else we're. If you are more concerned about functionality and decent craftsmanship this is it.

I'm a 70 year old female. All parts included, plus some extras, product pieces in perfect condition, was able to put it together by myself except when joining the bottom shelf to the frame - asked for an extra pair of hands (although I think it could have been done with the extra help). Afterwards continued on my own. Looks nice, sturdy. Great buy for the money. You need to pay close attention to the pictures for assembly. It would have been good if the instructions showed on Step 1 that the J part 90 degree angle is facing you as you look at it on the page. I bought the 17.3 wide shelf unit.

I bought this with the intention of using it in the living room but the other piece of furniture I bought was too big so this wouldn’t fit. I decided to use it as my bedside table in my bedroom and what a great idea that was. I keep a lot of medication, supplements, skincare, and beverages by my bed and this ladder shelf gives me the space I need to keep everything organized and not so cluttered. It’s sturdy enough for me, but I know if my destructive 1 yr old grandson was left alone with it he would destroy it in no time. It was super easy to assemble and it’s really functional. I love it.
