Active Supreme Range 152cm x 2 Metre - Silver Reflective Window Film (Solar Control & Privacy Tint - One Way Mirror/Mirrored Glass)

We put this privacy film up first on our bedroom window that looks out onto our garden, it worked so well we bought more for our lounge windows as we are lower ground floor and you could see in from the street.As per the photos you can see after the film is up you just see a reflected image but you can still see out from inside.Ideally 2 people would put this up - more for measuring and holding in place.Also works best with a spray bottle to put washing up liquid / soapy water in to spray the window with. Also a use squeegee to use after the film is stuck up to push out air bubbles - we tried with a sponge & cloth but squeegee works best. It took us about half an hour 2nd time for 2 windows as we’d done it once before.First cut roughly to size with a bit of overhang , then unpeel, spray the window with soapy water (1 tsp washing up liquid in a spray bottle shaken up) and stick in place,then squeegee / push out air bubbles (may take some time), check outside as well as inside,then use a sharp knife to cut to slice exactly to size.We haven’t done it totally perfectly as a few little bubbles have reappeared but it makes a big difference & we are really happy with it.

Once installed offers great privacy by reflecting outside light. It does mean the room the window is on will have slightly less like but I don’t mind that. It’s relatively easy to install just make sure you read instructions and thoroughly clean your window before installing. I didn’t clean well enough and have some specs under the tints but only noticeable when up close. Best advice is make sure you use plenty of solution and take your time.Would buy again for more windows.

I have spent so many wasted minutes on try to remove the backing even with the sticky tape …… omg the air was blue with foul potty mouth language! The whole lot went in the bin!!!!!!

I use filmgoo for the smaller windows, when it came to the bigger windows I ordered this stuff, it`s a bit more tacky to adhere, using a lot of soapy water water in spray bottle helps, and lot of patience lol, i cut roughly to size, then trimmed later on using a sharp blade, your better off having two people with a big size window.It does give more privacy to be fair, but if you have an object right up at the window it can be seen from outside, having blinds help though too, so it makes it harder to see inside unless you go close up to the window.I ordered a big size so had enoughto do our bedroom window too. It does make things a bit darker and the sun not as bright, so wether it make the rooms cooler in summer we`ll just have to wait and see. I`m happy with it, and knowing it gives us more privacy against neighbours and together with the blinds no one can see in anymore.On another note make sure you clean the windows and read/watch a youtube video before taking this on, and be patient with it.

Bought for privacy in my daughters bedroom as net curtains are "out" she informs me. I fitted this alone and found it relatively easy although, I would recommend asking for help with larger windows as I nearly ended up with a crumpled mess. I found that even the minutest overlap on the frame would cause bubbling therefore, patience with trimming was required. It looked amazing when fitted however, the next day tiny air bubbles appeared all over both windows. I allowed it to settle and by day 4 all had disappeared and looks amazing again, a bit of faith was required here.My daughter and me can now nose out the window without being seen (I tested it to make sure)...it's great! I would say that if some people have found that you can still see through it after fitting it may be due to fitting the lining film, which is clear, instead of the reflective film otherwise it's impossible to see in during the day.Her room is also south facing so, it helps with the heat to some degree.I would recommend

Very difficult to install. The back of the sheet is sticky and when I held it up to the window it bent over and stuck to itself creating creases when pulled apart. Probably better to install with two people. However, it works.

Actually pretty easy to install,,had to do one window twice as hadn't cleaned it as well as I thought, definitely recommend using a scraper for window before applying film over .. surface needs to be squeaky clean.End results are fantastic good quality also

The hardest part is cutting the film without putting any creases in it. The first sheet was hard to keep the sticky side clean just before applying. But the first sheet was a learning curve. The second sheet should be easier. The film is an excellent solution for keeping nosey neighbors form looking in. Despite the few bits that got on the sticky side the end result still looks great.
