The kit is really great, good quality and a bit of a challenge at times, but good fun too to assemble.Take your time with it and it'll be a good result at the end.

This was a birthday gift for a little boy (9 to) who is obsessed with airplanes and is a big fan of Top gun. He managed to assemble it with the help of his dad and a little bit of glue relatively quickly and he loves it! The only thing is he didn’t manage to put the stickers on ( too tiny and even following the instructions teu just fell apart )but still got a cool addition to his airplane collection!

Very happy plane obsessed young teenage (13) boy. He built it in one intense sitting. Good size plane.

I really wanted to rate this a four but as my build went on...well it that forth star dropped away.The model itself is good, the small details rather nice and the instructions are very clear and laid out for you to follow.Now the downside I have is just how bad the parts fit, or in fact don't fit. From the cockpit onwards I struggled with gaps! Other reviewers mentioned using filler and I wish I listened to them as it is 100% necessary if you want to hide ALOT of badly designed joins.If you can forgive bad joins (I have, just about) this is a pretty good model.

This took me 22hrs to complete. You can do it faster, but the perfectionist in you wont let you rest until everything looks just right. A blessing and a curse. Very pleasing to look at when its all done.

Great model I love it but the wings have this mechanism to make the wings move fail quite often when playing with it or trying to make it into a position
