Prefer the Cremo brand
Returned recently to safety/DE shaving. Tried this vs Cremo and Kiehl's 'White Eagle'. Not using a shaving brush/bowl as it's too much faff. This is a nice retro product packaging, aluminum tube, all the writing is in Italian, made in Firenze (Florence). But it is very 'soapy' and dries out quite quickly on the face. Have to use more water, probably works better with a brush/bowl. Scent is good and leaves a 'tingle' on the face (menthol?). Still prefer the Cremo original brand, if you can get it for the same price (price on Amazon uk zooms around £9-£23) which is creamier and more moisturising, different but equally good scent.

Prorasso shaving cream
I’ve been using prorasso products for a long time now and this shaving cream, which has a slight eucalyptus smell, is probably the best of the bunch. It lasts for a good long time and a small amount goes a long way. It’s made in Italy and is quite luxurious. I’m happy to recommend it.
