ood Camera Quality, But Installation Can Be Tricky
The WiFi Car Wireless Backup Camera offers clear video quality and a convenient wireless connection, making it a useful addition for safer reversing. The night vision and wide-angle view work well, providing a good field of vision.Pros:✅ Clear video quality – Good resolution, even in low light.✅ Wireless connectivity – No need to run long video cables.✅ Works with most smartphones – Easy access via the app.Cons:❌ Difficult installation – While it's wireless for video, you still need to connect the power, which can be tricky if you're not experienced with car wiring.❌ App connectivity can be inconsistent – Sometimes takes a while to connect.Final Thoughts:If you're comfortable with car wiring or willing to spend extra time on setup, this is a good backup camera option. Once installed, it works well, but be prepared for a bit of a challenge during setup.

only line of sight WiFi
a well made product, I installed it on my front license plate to help me park, it works great, except Wi Fi works only with line of sight from antenna to phone :)I have to dangle the antenna below the license plate holder and stand looking at the camera, as I go around the fender I loose the signal, and as I slowly come back around the fender and see the camera, the signal returns. No way to be in the driver's seat and use this :(

LOVE IT as Jeep trail cam
Bought for trail cam on my Jeep Wrangler. I rarely take the time to review products but I am now!LOVE it! In fact, I think it's more useful than the integrated cam that Mopar offers as the view can be adjusted directionally, record image or video (all of which are not options on $2,000 integrated cam, which also shuts off after set time and when over 10mph...this one stays on til I turn it off).AND since it comes with both hardwire and USB harnesses, I can share it with my husband to use on roadtrips (wish we had it when we drove thru mountains and Smokey nat'l park). It's hard wired in my Jeep (which was fairly easy with quick youtube vid) and my husband uses the USB connection. We just plug/unplug from each harness to swap. AND ALL this for under $40!!Picture quality is great and I have no issues with the device-to-device wifi connection. Can't say enough about this. The only thing you give up versus integrated cam is the feed on your dash display (which there is a $300 software hack for) but I replicate this with a tablet propped on dash or just use my phone.

Worked in the end!
Very well packaged (includes screwdriver, hardware, electrical tape), good customer service, and straight forward installation and instructions for use. Pleased in the end!I did have to receive two of these to get a working product, but I’m the end it works as advertised. The first one didn’t work and that was an inconvenience; however, Amazon shipped another one right away. On top of that GreenYi offered troubleshooting tips, reached out to understand why it didn’t work, and seemed very customer focused.

Almost Perfect!
So I was excited to install this in my sons car.. Didn't want to deal with running the wires and his phone holder is mounted in a perfect spot for this to work.. Installed and the picture is excellent! Very easy to adjust if needed...Now to the downfall of this setup...It requires you to use a wifi signal to get the picture.. Not a big deal right? Wrong.. Hooked my power up to the reverse light circuit and once the camera powers on its takes about 30 seconds to pickup the wifi signal and wallah! That 30 seconds or so is a pain. Doesn't sound like it, but it is. So i figured I'll just hook to constant ignition on power... Ran wire off the fuseblock and now as soon as you start up the car and put on your seatbelt the camera hooks to wifi and all is good! Or so I thought.. Now since it is powered on all the time, my phone thinks its a wifi hotspot so now you need to go into settings and forget it as a wifi hotspot or else you wont get imessages, and other apps the rely on cellular data signal. For me this is a downfall.. My son will live with it for now because it is better then nothing.. He has to get used to starting car, putting in reverse and then putting on seatbelt etc etc because by that time it has connected to the wifi signal. Also noticed that when at home it still detects my router inside the house so you need to manually change it in the wifi settings..The picture is excellent but I wish it would be a more seamless experience..The seller did reach out to me to offer a couple different things to try so they are at least attempting to help customers work around the small issues with it.. A++++ for excellent customer support!

Cost Effective, Simple Install, Worked First Time!
I purchased the camera for my 2005 Toyota Tundra. The install was straight forward. The main challenge, and one for which I was tempted to give it 4 stars, was identifying the proper power source. I ended up finding an image of thw back side of a replacement rear tail light. The image contained the wire colors of the reverse/backup taillight. I was able to tap into this power source, so that the camera is engaged when I put the truck into reverse. However, if I had to wire it again, I would tap into a constant source of power. This is my only criticism, it takes approximately 10 seconds to get the camera connected to the wifi signal. It's properly functioning, but just not fast enough. I can't sit and wait 10 seconds. Outside of that, it works great. My signal strength is 3 out of 4 bars. The camera image is very realtime .. no latency. The image is clear. The install was very straightforward. It came with pretty much everything you need. You can't go wrong with this product.
