I’m a big fan
I've bought this twice now in the mango flavor. It’s a nice balance of tart and sweet, and I really enjoy the taste. This was my first time using creatine, and I was initially worried about bloating, but I didn’t experience any. The only effects I noticed were positive—improved performance and better form. I also appreciate that it's designed for women and includes other beneficial ingredients. I’ll definitely keep repurchasing—no need to look elsewhere!

got me to consistently take creatine!
honestly this stuff just tastes like crystal light....and it's awesome. I had been meaning to get on my daily creatine grind for years but never stayed consistent with it - until I found this product. I really look forward to having a scoop of this every day (peach mango? sign me up!) and am about to order my second 100-serving container! As always - nutricost is a great, affordable brand that I trust.

A little hard to dissolve
The mango taste is very strong but if water is added it not as strong. I would dissolve the powder with hot water and then put cold water with it. It seemed to dissolve better like that. Works great other than that and taste great as well.

It’s good 👍
The container was shipped in an envelope with no real packing, but it arrived unharmed. It also shipped quickly and came at the time it said it would arrive. The container looks like a 1 lb tub, but it is only half full. As expected, the tiny scoop was buried at the bottom of the container. Shake it upside down to get it to move to the top. It also included a “harmless desiccant” pouch inside. I got the unflavored because I thought I might want to mix it with any liquid of choice. I first tried it with just 10 oz of plain cold water. It dissolved instantly. 👍 For being unflavored, it has a slight cranberry aftertaste which makes sense seeing that it is an ingredient. I added some apple juice and the aftertaste went away. Looks clumpy few weeks after
Item was received it good condition, taste was doable. Been using for about 2 weeks. Stopped for a week due & opened the container to see if look clumpy & unediable. Unsure to continue… :( liked it till now……

Big difference in workouts and appearence
I recommend this creatine to all my girl friends- creatine has a big rep of bloating but with the dandelion root in this and the low dosage (people usually take 5+ grams), I somehow looked less bloated and more lean, especially when I take a 2 week break from it and fully debloated. When I was taking it consistently, I noticed a huge increase in energy, sets/reps, and got very toned- but you DO need to put the work in, this isn’t steroids. Girls this will not bloat you and if you go to the gym consistently u are wasting potential not giving creatine a shot, this is perfect if you aren’t trying to get bulky but want to build muscle.

The supplement everyone needs!
Favorite creatine ever! It’s affordable and exactly what I need to fuel my muscles with each workout. I like that it has the dandelion root extract that helps with the bloating you can experience with other creatine brands. I have never had that with this creatine. I usually get the flavorless, and it dissolves easily in my pre workout drink.
