I love this cooler (mostly). We take many long trips in our truck and this works better for us than putting the ice packs in. It also leaves you a lot more room for drinks or food. It just plugs into the car and we keep it in the front with us. You should either cool the things you put in ahead of time or use ice packs at the beginning. Actually, we just stick the cooler in our freezer before we pack it. One problem to be aware of. It will run down your battery. Be careful about leaving it plugged in when you are not driving. Our car battery went dead because we spaced it and that was a drag.

Just over a month of use and the power plug breaks. 4 days after I can return it. So, I’m out money and a cooler.

I thought I would only use this on a road trip, but I have used it often carrying food to potlucks or groceries on a warm day. I'm really glad to have it available. I wish I had bought one with an electric plugin as well, so I could plug it into hotel rooms overnight. I have to hope they have a fridge as this cooler only works when the car is running. Be sure to use ice packs with it to have it cool more quickly.

Got it for my husband truck when he travels,it was well worth the money

I received this in July 2024, however, due to health issues, I did not unpack it until yesterday - way past the return date. I happily brought it to my van before going a distance to the grocery store to get perishables, but after packing them into the bag, I went to plug in the charger and found no matter what I tried, it did not fit. For me, money in the product as well as my refrigerated groceries a loss. I do not know what to do with the bag. I have many other well insulated bags - larger than this one.

At first it cooled wonderfully, kept everything chilled on a trip to Nevada. Now not cooling at all. I have only had it a few months. Would not but this one again.

Just a great cooler. Works very well in the car and easily carried into motel room, etc. If you have an adapter you can plug it into the wall and don't even need to unload it. But the best part - this company is awesome! Thirteen months later we had problems with the part of the cord that plugs into the car outlet. I contacted the company for advice and they sent us a new power cord. I have never had a company with that extent of service. Great cooler, great company. Highly recommend.
