Science Diet wet food+kibble is the best there is for our dogs.Our dog lost interest in kibble, so now we mix in 1/2 wet dog food, and his appetite returned. He is 6 years old, and we will start on the 7 year old senior formula next. We ise four different flavors in rotation so he doesnt get tired of it. He is now happy at mealtime again!

We switched to Science Diet for seniors on recommendation of our Vet. Our Std. Poodle is 14 and this food has really been beneficial to her.

I’ve been buying the Hill’s Science Diet chicken & veggie since I rescued my miniature poodle since she was 6 yrs old. Now that she’s 11, I’ve switched to the same food, except this is formulated for dogs over 7 yrs old. I like this better, because there’s no big chunks that I have to cut up - she would eat everything except for the big pieces. Hill's is not cheap grocery store dog food, but I want her to be healthy and live a long, quality life. (The little 7 lb black mixed breed eats nothing but two different brands of kibble - she’s staying with us for 3 weeks & I’m mixing her kibble with the Hill’s science diet and a tiny bit of poached chicken thigh diced very finely. She’s now eating three times a day as opposed to one time a day normally. I just won’t tell my daughter-in-law!

I don’t necessarily like the price however my dog enjoys it & it’s good for her to have once a day for breakfast so we can start the day right lol

My dog loves this brand

The vet recommended this brand of "wet" food for my dogs, who usually get kibble, and they both love it! My little girl is a fussy eater, but she scarfed it right up and wanted more. It's expensive ... very ... but I for sure will continue to give it my little girl.

When our elderly shih tzu started slowing down a few months back, we attributed it to old age. (Sleeping more, less interest in life, etc.) Then we realized she was slowly losing weight, too. I decided to try her on wet food (with vet agreement) in addition to the usual small-breed kibble. She barely touched the first brand we tried. I couldn't blame her; it looked like mystery-meat puree and smelled worse.We tried this one next. I was impressed when I opened the can. Instead of a homogeneous paste, I saw shreds of meat and identifiable veggies. I still didn't hold out much hope, but our sweet old gal loves it!Over the course of a month or so, she regained her lost weight and, better yet, she started taking an active interest in the world around her again! I am so delighted that we have her back! She play-bows, she runs with our other (much younger) dogs, she barks at the doorbell...normal dog life. I really thought for a while that we were going to lose her. Instead, she's happy and energetic again, and I couldn't put a price on that.
