Tasty highly nutritious product for people with malnutrition and malabsorption issues.
First received this supplement/meal replacement drink post-op in the hospital. Wish I'd known of this product years ago.

Good alternative to the popular nutritional shakes
I just had my first vanilla flavored shake. It is a little thick (syrup consistency) and has a slight chalky texture. I would definitely recommend them over the alternatives on the market like Glucerna, Boost, or Ensure. It is USDA organic, has 32% of the daily recommendation for protein and 21% of the daily recommendation of fiber as well as many other minerals/vitamins to support a healthy lifestyle. I gave it 4 stars because it does have a good bit of added sugar (18% or 9g) and the flavor is a little on the bland side and leaves a mild bitter after taste.

Very good, healthy and easy to take
This Glucose support nutrition Shake is very good and healthy. I like it very much. Wish they had a chocolate version of it. Also perhaps cutting the sugar to 9gram instead of 18 would be greatHighly recommend this product

Not terrible, but tastes bland and chalky - no vanilla flavor; 250mg sodium; expensive; good texture
I ordered this product mainly because another reviewer said it tasted just like eggnog without the nutmeg. I love eggnog, so I figured I’d give it a try. Unfortunately, this tastes nothing at all like eggnog. I even added nutmeg to it. Definitely not eggnog. It also tastes nothing at all like vanilla. I can’t say I’m really surprised. I’ve tried several different meal replacement/protein shakes, and they regularly fail at providing the promised flavor and typically taste weird or bland. This one is no exception. It’s made with pea protein, and if you’ve had anything with pea protein as its base, you’ll be familiar with the flavor of this. I find this drink to be somewhat bland with a slightly odd, chalky aftertaste. You can also tell that there are oils added to this. While I don’t think this tastes terrible, I would not be particularly excited to drink this on its own. However, I did try it a couple of other ways. One way was to add date syrup to it. I thought that tasted pretty good. Another way was by adding vanilla syrup to it. That also tasted good. I imagine that if you added some kind of sweetener, perhaps something like erythritol or monkfruit for no sugar options, and the right spices, you might be able to get something approaching eggnog in flavor. This does have a creamy texture. It’s pretty yellow, but I suppose an eggnog that was made with just egg yolks and not the whites might be yellow. Alternatively, you could get some sugar free syrups, maybe even an eggnog one, to flavor this without messing up your blood sugar.Nutritionally, there are a couple of things that might put different people off. First, this has a lot of fat and a lot of calories. Second, it has a lot of carbs. I would imagine that people on a low calorie or low fat diet and people on a keto diet might want to avoid. Granted, if this is used as a meal replacement, the 300 calories might not be a problem. Additionally, this has 250mg of sodium, which is a bit higher than I’d prefer, especially in only 8 ounces. So if you are on a low sodium diet, you might also want to avoid. Further, as these containers are small, it might not really be that good of a meal replacement as it might not be enough to make you feel full. Finally, this is $48 for 12 containers. I don’t feel like this stuff is worth $4 a carton. I’ll have no trouble using up the remainder of what I have, but I don’t think I’d be inclined to get this again.

Tastes and smells rancid - ridiculous price
This item is supposed to be "glucose support" as a diabetic, the nutritional facts are no where near diabetic friendly or supportive. A 26 carb drink? Get with the times. What a joke. Then add in the fact that this tastes and smells like a cat literbox. Wow. Don't waste your money.
