A little pricey but reusable. My cat had no issues using it. Closed him in the bathroom with water to drink the box and 2 hours later I was getting urne out to test. Made catching clean urine a breeze for testing. It comes with a syringe and test tube to put urine into for testing. Rinse the litter repackage for the next time.

Our cat Shiva (13 years old) started having health issues. Vet asked us to provide a urine sample for UTI, kidney disease, etc. We used PawCheck Litter. Shiva did not mind using it. PawCheck made it easy to collect and we got enough sample for testing. Luckily, the urine test/diagnosis was normal. Now, Geriatric Shiva requires urinalysis every 6 months. As this reusable litter is very handy, we intend to use it regularly for reliable urine sample collection and testing.

The beads are such a small quantity it was surprising. About a handful. Tried to spread it around the little box and it was not enough. We locked the cat up with the box and she just did not want to use it. She stepped in the box a few times but the beads got stuck in her paws. The one thing I did like about the package was the pipette collection tube. It was useful at least.

This is a small bag of poly pellets like you’d find in a hackeysack. For $20. Whether it works or not, that’s insane.Importantly, they justify this price by saying you can just rinse and reuse which is dangerous, and will lead to false positives / unneeded antibiotics due to contamination and bacterial growth. Just buy a bag of stuffing beads for a fraction of the price.I want my money back.

This is a great product for when you have to get a clean urine catch for your cat. The added bonus is it can be rinsed off (I use a cheap strainer), dried, and used again.
