This product will help some at least slow down on smoking, and many may quit because of them. For me, they caused me to have to pull harder and that’s caused too much smoke in my throat. I am not a heavy smoker and only draw lightly. I would still recommend the product for most smokers.

Been cutting back on smoking. These help. Listing says good for 5 cigarettes or 20 lights. Only good for 4, then it's harder to puff. Says cuts up to 90%, not sure I believe that. I'll keep using them.

So far the filters are superve for me, they truly block nicotine and tar from what I experienced. I didn't even smell or taste like I was smoking a cigarette. I am in need of a right hip replacement, the surgery can't be done until I'm totally nicotine free. The filters have helped almost completely helped me to quit. I'm getting there without a doubt. It doesn't fit slim cigs. I'm wrapping tape around the cigarette so it fits.

I am down to 12 cigarettes per day from at one point 50 or 2.5 packs! I used these yesterday with my regular cigarettes and two Heabal Menthol herbal cigarettes and just cutting back that little bit (10 regular smokes and two herbal) honestly made my lungs feel a little better this morning! There are other pics on here of the tar collection in these so I’m including pics of what helped me. You can see my review for the Heabal herbal smokes under that product. I thought the Nic Out filters were a great value, as you can use them at least 5 times. COPD is no fun guys, and I feel optimistic that I can someday soon wear a small nicotine patch and use the above two products for big cravings.

Where have these been and why doesn’t everyone use them? They work great and they’re cheap. It’s also interesting to see how much tar different cigarettes create if you’re a big nerd like me.
