My pond gets looks!
Actually works better than I thought. All plastic (cheap feel) when putting together. Directions simple, easy and...........it works, very well actually. I should have bought the longer cord version as 50' is too short for where I wanted. Buy a screen bag to go around the base to protect the pump inlet. Very cool Fountain. runs about 9hrs/day

Good fountain for the price
The media could not be loaded. I bought this fountain to replace a commercial fountain I had in my pond for a decade or so. But replacing it with the same fountain was not a cost effective solution, so we decided to try this fountain. I was worried it would be too small, but it is a good size for our pond.Overall I am very happy with the fountain. The only issue we have discovered (which seems to be a design flaw), is that the fountain sits slightly off balance due to the motor. The motor does not sit directly under the fountain; it sits off to one side and sticks out from the center of the fountain about 6-8" causing it to sit off balance. Our neighbor has this same fountain and we noticed their fountain also sits off balance. If you use one of the less defined spray patterns (like in my video) it is not as noticeable. But if you use one the the patterns that are more defined, you can see that it is off center. That being said, we rigged it to help it sit more balanced. We took the cord that comes off the end of the motor and zip tied it up to come off the opposite side of the fountain. That little bit of tension helped counter balance the motor and help it sit straighter. It's not perfect, but much better

Beautiful Display
The media could not be loaded. Easy to set up right out of the box. Beautiful display. 50' cord is adequate for our pond. Decided to use the multi-tier fountain head, but may change it out later just for variety. Only used one anchor directly opposite the electrical cord - had no problem with the fountain head being tilted. Looks great! Also purchased the Pond Boss PSWP Pump Barrier Bag to help protect the pump - hopefully, the performance will continue. Time will tell!

Beautiful Fountain Transforms into a Major Disappointment!
I bought this fountain approximately seven months ago, excited to add a touch of beauty and tranquility to my backyard. It indeed was a sight to behold when operational, however, much to my chagrin, this visual spectacle has been fleeting and far too brief. The first issue emerged after only three months of use - the lights stopped functioning. Initially, the luminescence of this fountain at night was a real treat, the way it illuminated the entire pond, creating a magical and serene atmosphere that could leave anyone mesmerized. But, alas, the beauty was transient. The lights ceased to operate, taking away the primary reason why I was so attracted to this product in the first place.Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, the engine gave up after only seven months of use. This essentially turned my once lovely and enchanting fountain into nothing more than a large and rather unsightly pond decoration. To give credit where it is due, I have maintained my pond meticulously. I even used a protective net to ensure the fountain was not subject to any undue strain or damage. My pond is as clear as crystal, which leaves me convinced that the issues I've encountered are no fault of my own but rather a clear indication of the fountain's inferior quality.I'm currently in the process of trying to get in touch with the company for a possible repair or refund. Unfortunately, my experience thus far has been a series of disheartening events, and I'm left feeling quite regretful about my purchase. All in all, I would certainly not recommend this product. It’s not just about the money spent, but also the disappointment and frustration that come with a short-lived product. This fountain promised longevity and beauty, but sadly, it failed to deliver on both fronts.

Very Impressed (Updated 6/6/2022)
Ordered to replace a 1/2HP pump with supply and return piping and fountain for my 1/8 acre pond. Was able to install it in the dark with a headlamp. Very easy assembly and instructions. Was surprised how much water this pump/fountain moves. Actually appears to move more water than my previous setup. Time will tell how long it holds up. I did purchase the Pond Boss Mesh Bag to attempt debris from clogging it up. Because of the decrease in amperage, (Old Pump 240V/5A, New Pump 115V/1.5A) we can afford to run this pump for longer hours, which is sure to make the fish happy. Speaking of happy, after I got it cranked up, I called the wife to come out and check it out. She loves it. The LED lights make an awesome effect with the water. I read some negative reviews about the lights not lasting. I found that the wire connector used on the fountain side of the cord does not appear to seal to well. Water is probably the culprit in most of the failures. I used some high quality electrical tape and looped the cord around one of the lights to keep the connector on top of the fountain. It will still get wet, but will not be underwater. Hopefully it helps, because I really do like the lights. Looking at other reviews, some report problems with the fountain after a few weeks or months after installing it and complained about it not having a warranty. Just make sure to register it with Pond Boss. They have a two or three year warranty and seem to have great customer service. I highly recommend this product.June 6, 2022 Update - Well after having to replace the LED lights several times, I was still pretty happy with the fountain itself until last September when it took a direct hit from a huge oak tree during Hurricane Ida. Even with the LED light failure issues, I ordered a new one from Amazon in December. I was finally able to clear all the trees from the pond and installed the new fountain in February. It has been running fine since I put it in. Today I spoke with a friend of mine that purchased the same pond boss floating fountain on my recommendation. He told me he has had to replace the LED lights several times on his fountain which is just a little over one year old. He explained that the pond boss people were nice about replacing them the first time when they failed at two months old. The second second set lasted a couple months and the folks at pond boss are now dragging their feet. While I had to wait a while for the parts to come in the last time they failed, the folks explained that they were in the process of moving and were waiting for parts to come in from overseas. Other than that, I have had a good experience with the Staff at Pond Boss, but am not pleased to hear they are treating my friend differently. BUYER BEWARE. There is an evident problem with the LED lighting package on this Pond Boss floating fountain. Until Pond Boss figures out what the problem is with the LED lighting and applies a fix, I would recommend thinking twice before purchasing the product if the LED lights are a deal breaker for you. This fountain comes with a 3-year limited warranty if you register the product with Pond Boss. Please make sure you register your fountain. Good luck.
