Incredible customer service and packaging problems have been corrected.
This is my second review of the TriSwim products. I am revising my review from 1 star to 5. These are great products but the containers were horrible. That was my review. The CEO of the company contacted me. She explained how they are changing the caps on the tubes and apologized for my inconvenience. She sent replacements for the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. She sent additional travel containers, a travel bag, a scrunche for washing, and several packages of suit soak. The customer service is unparalleled. The response was immediate and the desire to make it right made all the difference. I really appreciate these products and this company.

An effective must- have for regular swimmers
This product effectively neutralizes chlorine. If you use this body wash after you swim, you will no longer smell the chlorine on your skin and your skin will feel much better. It also effectively prevents itching after swimming.

My go-to post swim body wash
Helps to neutralize chlorine smell from skin. Just a small squeeze generates enough lather for a head to toe scrub.

It works
Smells wonderful and gets rid of the chlorine smell. I have to use a pretty good amount though and the tube goes quickly for me as I am in the pool 4 to 6 times a week. I wish you got more product for the price but I'm just happy it actually works. I use it for my initial chlorine removal shower and I follow up with cetaphil soap to moisturize. I'll definitely buy again.

Prevent Green Hair and Chlorine Rash
Part of indoor lap swimming is learning how your body deals with chlorine. in my case, not well.Body WashAfter lots of experimentation I have found that using TRISWIM body wash directly after my swim at the gym keeps chlorine rash at bay for at least five hours or until I can take a proper shower back home. I have found that the bottle is the downfall of this product and so I highly recommend buying a smaller travel bottle with a snap top (https://www.amazon.com/Refillable-BPA-Free-Cosmetics-Essential-Household/dp/B0D58XHKPQ) that goes into your swim bag for the gym shower. I have had the TRISWIM bottle break or just open and start squirting contents in my swim bag far too many times and it is a mess to clean up. I just refill the smaller plastic bottle and it also helps with portion sizing this relatively expensive wash as well.ShampooI have stopped using the shampoo and can't really recommend it. Instead make sure your hair is totally wet before swimming. This basically makes your hair super saturated already so chlorine can't soak in. Also always use a swim cap (my favorite being TYR LycraFiber https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000F9FK60). Then after your swim immediately wash your hair with just water again. Later at home use a clarifying shampoo and conditioner (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B9FQFMMN) to remove any chlorine and lock in moisture.

Pricey, but it works
I swim daily, and by the end of winter my skin is shot - dry, irritated, and itchy. This gel-cleanser helps; after a couple uses, my back was less red and the maddening itch had calmed down. It foams beautifully and smells great. So, I use it, but sparingly - I figure it’s $1.50 per use. Also, it really is a gel, jiggly and slippery, so it can easily slip off your palm and down the drain. Don’t want to lose any of that liquid gold! I’ll stop using it in the summer, to save $, but will resume during the dry season.
