Very convenient & work great!
These are so handy for my husband and to have on his key ring! I no Longer have to read the menu or articles to him when he forgets his reading glasses at home. Now the price could be better but they are very convenient and work great.

Perfect for On-the-Go
The ThinOptics Keychain Case and Reading Glasses are a game changer! My wife keeps them in her purse, and they're a lifesaver for when I forget my glasses. The case is incredibly compact, and the glasses are lightweight but sturdy. I love how small they are—perfect for carrying around without taking up space. The glasses themselves are comfortable to wear and provide great clarity. I've received a lot of comments on how cool and convenient they are. I’d highly recommend these to anyone looking for portable reading glasses!

So handy!
I saw someone using these and had to get a pair. They are as useful and convenient as I imagined.Following cataract surgery my distance vision is exceptional, but I can't read a thing close up.These are easy to carry and quickly pull out when text is just a blur. They fit easily on a key chain without adding much bulk. I keep them with me always.I am told they scratch easily, but mine are still fine. They stay on your nose fairly well, but can fall off. The case is so convenient, but you need to be careful re-inserting them.Overall these are well worth having. The utility far outweighs the small inconveniences.

UPDATE: New nose piece and ThinOptics is sending replacement glasses
UPDATE: After this pair broke, I ended up buying the ThinOptics that come with the Universal Pod. Those glasses are different: the part that holds on to your nose is no longer the metal strips, it is plastic that is now attached at the top and bottom of the strip. They also did not look like the original glasses that came with the Keychain Case: the lens frames are a uniform thickness, where it looks like the Keychain glasses had a slight taper which would help them overlap when they fold up. I was hoping the Universal Pod ones would fit into the Keychain Case, but because of the difference I did not want to try it and end up ruining the new glasses. It is now 1 year after I bought the Universal Pod ThinOptics and they are still intact. I still miss being able to wear them around my neck, so I contacted ThinOptics through their website to see if I could just buy the glasses without the Keychain Case. They said if I send a picture of the broken ones then they would send a replacement at no cost. Luckily, I did still have them lying around for some reason, and after receiving the picture ThinOptics immediately sent out new, replacement glasses for free, not even a charge for shipping.I am now changing my previous 2 star rating to 5 stars. Will update if there are problems with the new glasses.UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: I received the new replacements - they are the newer style and are exactly the same as the ones I have that came in the Universal Case with the plastic, attached at both ends nose-pieces. They also fit in the keychain case. I have them around my neck again and am a very happy customer :)----OLD REVIEW: I removed the keyring part, put a smaller ring on the case, and made a necklace with these. I also sanded off the logo. Because of that, they were incredibly convenient as a cool-looking necklace that I can wear when I leave the house.Other than that, the reviews are all true:- It takes some fiddling to get them to stay on your nose, but it is manageable. The best way is to bend them outwards and let them grab your nose - there were 2 places on my nose where they would stay on. They fall off if you wiggle your nose or sneeze.- The metal nose pieces broke off. The first one about a month after I bought them, the 2nd many months later. They are less comfortable and leave marks on your nose without them, but they are still usable.- They broke completely yesterday, the springy bridge part snapped into a few pieces.I did use them a lot while they lasted and now I'm deciding whether I want to replace them or just try something else. If they were cheaper I would just replace the glasses and still use with my case, but for $20 I might try something more comfortable and durable.

Awesome and convenient, yet frustratingly fragile
First, let me say these are by far my most-used readers since I started wearing scleral contacts 18 months ago. I hang them on my belt and with a quick one-hand slide, I have up-close vision.I’m also on my 3rd pair. The first was my fault; I did not have a secure-enough clip and they slipped off somewhere, never to be found, at least by me. The metal nose bridge of the 2nd pair I bought broke just before the (too short) warranty ended, and the company sent me a replacement. I had already bought a replacement, so I do now have a backup—and I may need it: this weekend the rubber covering the metal nose piece split and it is now barely hanging on.So here’s my dilemma. In design and usability, this is 5 stars. I say this even though it needs 2 hands to get back in the case and sometimes I miss the catch to draw it back in. Which is my frustration. The metal nose bridge is subject to a HUGE amount on metal fatigue in being so frequently bend and unbent, as well as getting dragged in and out of the case. For the cost ($25 now!), I want to see a product that will stand up to real-life day-to-day use, a product with materials that will last longer.

These work great!
These work great! I have friends and family that when they saw me using the they liked them so much they bought a pair. So handy! Great for reading in a pinch, such as a menu at a restaurant. Not great for reading a novel.
