I usually like gel sea moss but I appreciate the convenience of the capsules. Helped my fatigue and over water absorption throughout the day.

I have been using these aceworks sea moss now for almost 2 weeks. The first thing I noticed was an increase of energy. I don't feel sluggish anymore. I've been hearing a lot about sea moss and how it has a bunch of natural minerals necessary for our body. I'm hoping this will be beneficial for long term supplement use. I have had better results from other brands. This didn't make a lick of difference in how I felt. I gave it a month & .. nothing. I still felt like crap & slept like crap.I like the brand, Her Own, much-much-much better. I also tried actual sea-moss gel from a family owned company in NJ (Pappi Sauce) & between that & the 'Her Own' brand.. those are the only two products that produced actual results. I'm talking almost immediate increased energy levels, I slept better & had reduced muscle pain flare ups. Idk what this brand is doing... but they're not doing somethinggg right.

I have been reading about the health benefits of sea moss, and decided to try it. I have been using aceworkz Sea Moss, for a few weeks, and feeling a lift in my energy level!
