What are these made of? Can they be left outdoors in all kinds of weather?

They are made of a sturdy paper as far as I can tell. They definitely started to soften and fall apart after I had then I’m my mouth for an hour or two. I think as long as you use the as just a prop it’s fine but not as outdoor decoration

Ya it’s paper stuffed with cotton so it’s not hard but ya lol

Do they fit in an extendable cigarette holder?

I really don’t now. But they are the actual size of a regular cigarette. I see no reason why they wouldn’t.
