Is this weather proof? Like freezing and high temperatures in summer,outdoor?

Not entirely sure but my wife uses it to apply broken mosaics outdoors on concrete bench. We seldom get freezing temps.

How long will it stay clear? I’d like to use it for clear glass tiles
