For an old Rawlings glove sitting in drawer for 15 years, how long or repeated seasoning for glove to be softened, ready to play?

This glove oil will breakdown and soften the leather quickly. You may want to use it along with less aggressive oils like mink oil on the back of the glove and non creased areas

A four-ounce bottle like this is enough for lots of gloves if you primarily oil the hinge, palm, and pocket (as most good players do). You don't need much oil for each glove, and it's better to use too little than too much (you can always add more you if you feel it's needed). If you're the type who likes to oil the entire glove and prefers a heavier, floppier, totally-soaked glove, one bottle's probably good for one to two gloves.

Does anybody know if this product can be used as conditioner for driving gloves?

I don't see why you couldn't. I would do a little test spot first, then do the entire gloves.

is this really any better than mink oil?

We've been using Rawlings Glove Butter on our baseball gkoves for years and have yet to find a better product for gloves. In my opinion, the viscosity of the glove butter is firmer than mink oil. In fact, we now use this product on other leather items we own from our sofa & loveseat, to nice travel bags! I will continue to be a loyal customer!
